In order to implement the project "Construction of Infrastructure Facilities of the Special Economic Zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" in Atyrau region, Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP has been identified as the operator for the construction of production and general plant infrastructure facilities of the SEZ NIPT.
