Regulatory framework
In its main activity, the Partnership is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal local acts, including, but not limited to:
- Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On partnerships with limited and additional liability";
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On special economic and industrial zones";
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the National Welfare Fund"
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption";
- Procurement management standard of JSC "Sovereign Wealth Fund" Samruk-Қazyna "and organizations of fifty or more percent of voting shares (interests) of which directly or indirectly belong to JSC" Samruk-Қazyna "on the right of ownership or trust management;
- Charter of the Partnership;
- Corporate Governance Code of the Partnership;
- Regulation on the Management Board of the Partnership;
- Anti-corruption and fraud policy of the Partnership.
